How do I register?
- Visit the California Secretary of States website at http://www.sos.ca.gov/nvrc/fedform/
- Fill out the form either online or by hand
- Mail or fax the registration to your county elections office

How do I change my party affiliation, residence, name or vital registration information?
- Re-register at http://www.sos.ca.gov/nvrc/fedform/
- Fill out the form with the new information either online or by hand
- Mail or fax the registration to your county elections office
