Participation Guidelines
Every community has its culture. So if you're new (or if you've forgotten), take a look below for guidelines on how to get along with fellow Supporters.
-
Supporters are solely responsible for the profiles, stories, comments, photos, videos, music and other content they publish on this site. Please respect the trademarks and copyrights of others. This is the place for discussion of productive suggestions and ideas concerning the creation of A New California.
-
Discussion, feedback and debate are encouraged. Please be respectful, and courteous to others. Even if you don't know the writer of a story personally, he or she will undoubtedly appreciate your consideration. Personal attacks, slurs, or stereotyping are not acceptable behaviors. Remember to address your remarks to the issues, not to other Supporters. Hate speech will not be tolerated.
-
When you registered, you agreed to comply with the Meg Whitman For Governor 2010 WEB SITE TERMS OF USE. If you need to refresh your memory of those terms, they can be accessed via the 'Terms of Use' link at the bottom of every page on the site.
If you see or experience any problems on the site, including posts or stories that do not follow these guidelines, you can send an email to Community@MegWhitman.com or leave your feedback on the Talk to the Campaign page.
